Soup Wednesday 

Giulia (@aubergineaddicts ) collects recipes from people working and studying at Newcastle Fine Art Department. Every Wednesday a group of us in the department meet at 10am to prepare and make soup for the department. It is served at 1 o'clock and we cater for 40-50 people each time. It is directed by Giulia and is a foundation of her art practice. Their recipe is honoured by cooking and sharing their soup.  It has been really exciting to be a part of Giulia's art practice and help to facilitate what has become a much anticipated event.
